Final Patrol

Made for the One Page TTRPG Jam 2026.

In this horror ttrpg, players take on the roles of the officers of the USS Providence, which finds itself trapped with an insane captain in an eternal, alien ocean during what should've been a routine patrol. With a dice mechanic inspired by Dread, where every action carries the risk of disaster, will the crew of the USS Providence discover what happened to the world outside their hull, or will they die in fear and ignorance?

To play this game, you'll need the following: 1 GM (Captain), up to 13 Players (Officers), a set of polyhedral dice (d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20), and pencils. Each Officer should have a copy of the front page.
